Our “Planning & Design” services are offered at a fixed fee that encompasses service charges, gratuity, taxes, and any additional fees. In essence, the price you will see in our Proposal is the total amount you will pay. Unlike others who may impose percentage-based fees or additional charges, we believe in transparency and simplicity, striving to assist our clients as effectively as possible. The only times our prices increase are for the actual manufacturing of a product or if you’d like us to plan/design an event outside of your wedding weekend.

At Kokate Events, every couple has dedicated planner support throughout their planning journey, ensuring no detail is overlooked and no question goes unanswered. From timelines and vendor communication to last-minute decisions and thoughtful guidance, your planner is there to keep everything moving with intention and ease. You enjoy the experience. We handle everything else.

You are welcome to meet with us virtually or in person as often as you wish. You will have access to our scheduling calendar, and we maintain group messaging with all of our couples. Whether you prefer to call, text, email, or meet in person, we strive to be accessible and typically respond within 24 hours.

We create an individual timeline for every individual vendor as well as for the couple and wedding party. This makes it easy for everyone to understand their role and responsibilities.

Everything you need, beautifully organized in one place. Your Kokate Events client portal keeps contracts, invoices, timelines, planning documents, design details, and important updates at your fingertips. No searching through emails or scattered files. Just a seamless, effortless way to stay connected to your wedding from wherever you are.

This includes full coordination and management of the wedding day. We do not limit the number of hours we are there and usually work 8am-1am. Your dedicated Planner will also be the Lead Coordinator on your wedding day.

Every element of your wedding is thoughtfully designed to tell your story: florals that captivate, layouts that flow effortlessly, décor that elevates the entire experience. Our signature custom invitations and couture-inspired ensembles are reserved for Complete Partnership clients, a reflection of the time and artistry poured into each creation. We even craft bespoke wedding websites, ensuring every detail feels seamless and intentional.

Unique to Kokate Events, we keep backup photographers, DJ, officiants, and even caterers for your wedding day. This is a safety net we keep in place so if you are unhappy with their services or someone is sick, we can quickly deviate to ensure your day is exactly how you want it.

Our bread and butter is multi-cultural weddings. This adds on an additional day of events, whether it is a second wedding ceremony + reception the day before or another all-day event.

We will track the RSVPs of every guest you have as well as follow up with those who have not RSVPd close to the wedding.

Our Artisan House is where ideas become tangible. We collaborate with an extraordinary collective of artists, makers, designers, and craftspeople who bring imagination, artistry, and a little bit of magic to every celebration. From bespoke stationery and hand crafted details to custom fashion, florals, dresses, installations, and unexpected touches, we believe your wedding should feel entirely your own. Together, we turn your vision into something you can see, touch, experience, and remember.

The Documentary Shoot is one of our favorite parts of what we do. We get to take everything we love about weddings (fashion, florals, design, photography, film, and storytelling) and create something completely unexpected around you. It’s a chance to experiment, play, and make something truly editorial without the pressure of a wedding day.

And honestly, it’s just really cool. You get incredible photos, beautiful films, custom looks, and a one-of-a-kind experience that feels like stepping into your own magazine spread. We create the world. You get to live in it.
