There is an agreement with the venue for discounted parking at Grant North Garage. Bring the ticket and give it to the security desk for $10 parking.

Please plan on arriving to the ceremony between 9:30am and 9:55am as we will be starting promptly at 10:00am. In order to limit distractions, anyone arriving after 10:00am will not be allowed into the ceremony until 10:15am. Thank you for understanding.

Children are allowed to the morning ceremony.

There is a free parking lot with limited parking next to the venue. There is also paid street parking around the venue. We recommend carpooling or using a ride share if possible.

Upon arrival, please use the signage to find the ceremony location. It is right before the Horticulture Hall.

Please plan on arriving to the ceremony between 5:30-5:55pm as we will be starting the ceremony promptly at 6:00pm. In order to limit distractions, anyone showing up after 6:00pm will not be allowed into the ceremony until 6:15pm. Thank you for understanding.
